BoMill AB announces that the Rights Issue is registered, and the last day of trading in BoMill BTA is June 29, 2023

The fully subscribed rights issue of BoMill AB (“BoMill” or the “Company”), resolved at the extraordinary general meeting on April 6, 2023 and whose outcome was announced by the Company through a press release on May 8, 2023 (the “Rights Issue”), is now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and the paid subscribed shares (“BTA”) will therefore be converted into new shares.

The last day of trading in the BTAs will be June 29, 2023. The conversion has July 3, 2023 as the record date, and the BTAs will be converted into ordinary shares on July 5, 2023. The new shares are expected to be delivered to the shareholders’ accounts by July 5, 2023, after which the new shares will be traded on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

The subscription period in the Rights Issue ended on May 3, 2023. The Company issued 46,529,070 new shares and raised approximately SEK 21.9 million before the deduction of transaction-related costs. After registration of the newly issued shares with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the total number of shares amounts to 93,058,140 shares, and the share capital is SEK 1 023 639,54 (such share capital amount is preliminarily registered pending permission from the Swedish Companies Registration Office regarding the second reduction of the share capital resolved at the extra general meeting April 6, 2023).

BoMill double the capacity of BoMill InSight[TM ]to 30 tons per hour

BoMill announces the launch of a new high-capacity configuration of BoMill InSight™, increasing the maximum sorting capacity from 15 up to 30 metric tons per hour while maintaining the same installation footprint. This reduces the investment cost per ton sorted and further strengthens the return on investment for customers. Developed in response to requests from existing and prospective customers, the new configuration enables large-scale in-line integration for flour mills, grain handlers and malthouses. Thanks to the modular design of the BoMill InSight™ platform, the new configuration will also be offered as an upgrade for existing installations.
