Change to Financial Calendar: New publication date for Annual Report

BoMill (“the company”) announces a change to its financial calendar regarding the publication of the company’s Annual Report for the financial year 2025. The 2025 Annual Report, initially scheduled for release on March 27, 2026 , will now be published on March 17, 2026.

The reason for the new date of publication of the annual report is that the company estimates the report to be ready earlier than initially planned.

The updated financial calendar is available on the BoMill's website, www.bomill.com.

The number of warrants is a maximum of 1,800,000, and 100 percent of the warrants have been subscribed for by BoMill’s employees.
