BoMill takes next step in development project with global player in the food industry

In total, 1 251 400 shares to the value of 5 005 600 SEK have been acquired by management, Board of Directors, and current shareholders in BoMill AB. Consolidating their commitment further, the owners show a solid trust in BoMill’s ambition to reach out globally with the company’s revolutionary solution.

Today, the exercise period for warrants in BoMill AB begins

BoMill AB (“BoMill” or “the Company”), an agritech company that is promoting a patented grain sorting solution that allows, in commercial quantities, to sort grains based on the internal properties of the kernel, today, 16 September 2021, announces that the exercise period for the warrants of TO 1 issued in connection with the Company’s IPO, begins. The exercise period for the warrants of series TO 1 runs until and including 7 October 2021. Upon full exercise of the warrants, BoMill will be allocated approximately SEK 23,7 million (before costs). Sedermera Fondkommission is the financial adviser and Markets & Corporate Law Nordic AB is the legal adviser in connection with the warrant exercise. Nordic Issuing is the issuing agent.

BoMill’s long-term incentive program for employees fully subscribed

On May 6, 2021, the Annual General Meeting of BoMill AB resolved on an long-term incentive program through a directed issue of 200,000 warrants of series B 2021-2024 that entitles senior executives and other employees of BoMill the right to subscribe for new shares in the company. The last day for subscription of warrants was August 30, 2021, and the directed issue of warrants was fully subscribed.

BoMill prolongs the subscription period of warrants of series B 2021-2024

The Board of Directors of BoMill AB (”BoMill”) has decided to extend the period for subscription and payment of the warrants of which was resolved upon in connection with the Annual General Meeting on the May 6, 2021. The Board of Directors has decided to prolong the subscription period to August 30, 2021, to enable persons discharging managerial responsibilities the opportunity to subscribe for warrants.

BoMill carries out a directed share issue of approximately SEK 14.3 million

The Board of Directors of BoMill AB (“BoMill” or the “Company”) has, in accordance with the authorisation from the Annual General Meeting on May 6, 2021, decided to carry out a directed share issue of 3,578,000 shares at a subscription price of SEK 4.00 per share (“the Directed Issue”). The Directed Issue is subscribed by a number of key investors, and raises proceeds of approximately SEK 14.3 million prior to transaction costs.

BoMill takes next step with high-capacity sorting equipment

Swedish agritech company BoMill AB (”BoMill”) is currently developing a high capacity sorting equipment, able to sort the highest level of industry standard sorting volumes (up to 15 tons of grains per hour). Having confirmed the principles of the new equipment in testing, BoMill is now moving ahead, focusing on setting a plan for commercialization. The new equipment is aimed to be launched during Q2 2022.

BoMill new member of German brewery association VLB
