BoMill announces a change in the Board of Directors

BoMill AB (“BoMill” or the “Company”) hereby announces that the company’s largest shareholder Capagro SAS (“Capagro”) onwards will be represented in the Board of Directors through Pierre Kiener as co-opted member and Tom Espiard-Cignaco as observer, until the next Annual General Meeting taking place in 2022, before June 30[th]. The current representative from Capagro in BoMill’s Board of Directors, Julie Peyrache, will leave Capagro for assignments outside of the group on October 22[nd], and will hence therefore also leave BoMill’s Board of Directors. The resignation of Julie Peyrache from the Board of Directors will be handled by the Swedish Companies Registration Office in the following weeks.

BoMill announces the outcome of the exercise of warrants of series TO 1

On Thursday, 7 October 2021, the exercise period for BoMill AB ("BoMill" or "the Company") warrants of series TO 1 ("TO 1”) ended. A total of 2,290 warrants of TO 1 were exercised. BoMill will thus receive a total of SEK 16,259.00.

BoMill signs contract with major grain processing company in Russia

Swedish agritech company BoMill AB secures another step in its global market outreach by signing an agreement with Russian grain processing and production company JSC Metelitca (part of Transchemexport Group). As the first step in this collaboration, JSC Metelitca has placed an order where BoMill’s unique technology and its grain sorting equipment IQ will be installed in the company’s new state-of-the art pre-cleaning grain processing plant in the Novosibirsk region.

 The press release published earlier today stated that the last day of trading in warrants of series TO 1 is Thursday 5 October 2021. The correct information is Tuesday 5 October.

Tuesday, 5 October 2021, is the last day of trading in warrants of series TO 1 on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The warrants of series TO 1 were issued in connection with BoMill AB’s IPO in 2020. Each warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share in BoMill. Last day to exercise the warrants of series TO 1 and subscribe for shares is 7 October 2021.

In total, 1 251 400 shares to the value of 5 005 600 SEK have been acquired by management, Board of Directors, and current shareholders in BoMill AB. Consolidating their commitment further, the owners show a solid trust in BoMill’s ambition to reach out globally with the company’s revolutionary solution.

Today, the exercise period for warrants in BoMill AB begins

BoMill AB (“BoMill” or “the Company”), an agritech company that is promoting a patented grain sorting solution that allows, in commercial quantities, to sort grains based on the internal properties of the kernel, today, 16 September 2021, announces that the exercise period for the warrants of TO 1 issued in connection with the Company’s IPO, begins. The exercise period for the warrants of series TO 1 runs until and including 7 October 2021. Upon full exercise of the warrants, BoMill will be allocated approximately SEK 23,7 million (before costs). Sedermera Fondkommission is the financial adviser and Markets & Corporate Law Nordic AB is the legal adviser in connection with the warrant exercise. Nordic Issuing is the issuing agent.
