The board of directors of BoMill AB (”BoMill” or the ”Company”) proposes a share issue with preferential rights for the shareholders to be resolved at the annual general meeting on 12 April 2024 (the “Rights Issue”). The Rights Issue provides the Company with a maximum amount of approximately SEK 16.8 million before transaction costs. Every holding of ten (10) existing shares entitles the right to subscribe for three (3) new shares at a subscription price of SEK 0.60 per share. The subscription period is proposed to be 25 April – 14 May 2024 with trading in the subscription rights during 25 April – 8 May 2024. The maximum dilution of shares and votes is approximately 23%.

BoMill AB has received a follow-up order worth EUR 260,000 from Baltijos Javai. The order covers the supply of six additional sorting units for the BoMill InSight™ purchased last year.

BoMill AB has signed an agreement worth EUR 185,000 with Swedish agriculture cooperative group Lantmännen. The agreement covers a rental period and is part of a project evaluating BoMill InSight™ for future investment.

BoMill is pleased to announce its individual grain sorting equipment BoMill InSight™ has been honored with the Silver Vrac Tech Award at VRAC TECH 2023 trade show (Douai, France). The award was presented to Tripette & Renaud, BoMill’s partner in France.

The press release published earlier today stated “Net sales and income for the second quarter (July – September 2023)” while it should be stated “Net sales and income for the third quarter (July – September 2023)”.  The same for “Net sales and income for the first six months (January – September 2023)”, the correct information is “Net sales and income for the first nine months (January – September 2023)”.
