19 December 2023, 11:03 CET

BoMill is pleased to announce its individual grain sorting equipment BoMill InSight™ has been honored with the Silver Vrac Tech Award at VRAC TECH 2023 trade show (Douai, France). The award was presented to Tripette & Renaud, BoMill’s partner in France.

With over 350 exhibitors, the VRAC TECH trade show has become a reference in France, for industrial bulk management (storage, conveying, measurement and processing) of different types of material including grain.

Launched for the first time during the 2022 edition, the VRAC TECH Innovation competition provides exhibitors with a unique platform to showcase their innovations and expertise. A distinguished jury composed of experts, institutional representatives and members of the professional press evaluated entries based on their innovative nature, market alignment and benefits to customers.

After being shortlisted prior to the show, BoMill InSight along with Tripette & Renaud, BoMill’s partner in France, received the Vrac Tech d’Argent (Siver Vrac Tech Award).

“We are thrilled that our unique technology is recognized by the Vrac Tech Innovation jury.  Since its launch earlier this year we have received very positive feedback from the market and getting this award further enhances our team’s sense of accomplishment. The success of BoMill InSight at VRAC TECH 2023 highlights BoMill's commitment to innovation and excellence in the field of precision grain sorting.“ says Andreas Jeppsson, CEO of BoMill AB.

BoMill InSight™ at a glance

BoMill InSight™ is BoMill’s latest advanced grain sorting solution and the only one of its kind, capable of segregating kernel by kernel, at industrial speed (up to 15 metric tons per hour – 125,000 kernels per second), on grains’ inner qualities such as protein content or fusarium contamination.

The equipment aims toward industrial grain companies with a sustainability agenda, willing to further optimize their grain supply, while enhancing the quality of their products. This includes grain producers (e.g. large cooperatives, grain elevators) as well as processors such as flour mills and malt producers.

The revolutionary modular approach of BoMill InSight™ offers maximum flexibility for operations and easy upgradability. Its smart frame design and compact footprint allow easy and rapid installation in new or existing grain processing lines. With its economic installation, operation, maintenance, and upgradability, BoMill InSight™ is also cost-efficient, allowing customers a fast return on investment.
