BoMill appoints Roberto Rouco as Regional Sales Manager

BoMill is pleased to announce the appointment of Roberto Rouco to the role of Regional Sales Manager. In this new role, Roberto will be responsible for driving BoMill sales activities in both Southern Europe and the Latin America region.
“We are pleased to welcome Roberto. His background and international experience in developing new business, in our targeted markets, makes him a valuable addition to our Business team”, says Andreas Jeppsson, CEO of BoMill.
Roberto brings over 20 years of international experience and has worked in a wide variety of operations and sales management roles in Spain and Sweden.

BoMill announces outcome of subscription in warrant-based incentive program

At the Annual General Meeting of BoMill AB (the “Company”) held on May 8, 2025, the shareholders resolved to implement a long-term incentive program for employees of the Company in the form of warrants of series 2025/2028:1 (the “Warrants”). The number of warrants is a maximum of 3,600,000 and 100 percent of the warrants have been subscribed.
