BoMill appoints Fredrik Nilsson as new CTO

BoMill AB (”BoMill”) is pleased to announce that Fredrik Nilsson has joined BoMill as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Fredrik Nilsson will take up his position on June 1, 2021 and will be part of the management team.
Fredrik Nilsson has spent the last 18 years of his career, in an international environment, at JBT FoodTech, where he held various key technical and senior management positions. In his role as CTO of BoMill, Fredrik will have the overall responsibility for managing the technical part of the organization and for driving technical development in line with market and customer needs.
Fredrik Nilsson will replace Stefan Christensson and take up the position as CTO on June 1, 2021. He will be part of the management team.

BoMill announces outcome of subscription in warrant-based incentive program

At the Annual General Meeting of BoMill AB (the “Company”) held on May 8, 2025, the shareholders resolved to implement a long-term incentive program for employees of the Company in the form of warrants of series 2025/2028:1 (the “Warrants”). The number of warrants is a maximum of 3,600,000 and 100 percent of the warrants have been subscribed.
