BoMill Announces Outcome of Subscription in Warrant-Based Incentive Program
6 July 2026, 08:30 CET
At the Annual General Meeting of BoMill AB (the “Company”) held on May 8, 2026, the shareholders resolved to implement a second long-term incentive program for employees of the Company in the form of warrants of series 2026/2029:1 (the “Warrants”). The number of warrants is a maximum of 1,800,000, and 100 percent of the warrants have been subscribed for by BoMill’s employees.
Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share in the Company at a subscription price corresponding to 150 percent of the volume-weighted average price paid for the Company’s share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market during the period from May 11, 2026 up to and including May 25, 2026. The subscription price for exercising the warrants to subscribe for shares has thereby been set at SEK 0,654 per share. The warrants may be exercised for subscription of shares during the period from June 1, 2029, up to and including June 30, 2029.
The warrant price has been determined to be SEK 0.037 per warrant based on the Black-Scholes warrant valuation model. The total number of 1,800,000 warrants has been subscribed for, which means 100 percent of the program has been subscribed for by BoMill’s employees.
The terms and conditions of the warrant-based incentive program can be found on the page for the Annual General Meeting 2026 on the Company’s website:
