Last day of trading in BoMill’s warrants of series TO 1 is Thursday 5 October 2021

Thursday, 5 October 2021, is the last day of trading in warrants of series TO 1 on Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The warrants of series TO 1 were issued in connection with BoMill AB’s IPO in 2020. Each warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share in BoMill. Last day to exercise the warrants of series TO 1 and subscribe for shares is 7 October 2021.

 

Each warrant of series TO 1 entitles the holder to subscribe for one new share in BoMill at a subscription price of SEK 7.10 per share. To exercise your warrants of series TO 1, contact your bank and follow the instructions from the bank.

Warrants of series TO 1 that have not been exercised by Thursday 7 October 2021 or sold by Tuesday 5 October 2021 will expire and therefore be worthless. Holders of warrants of series TO 1 need to take action and instruct their respective bank in due time, if not already done. It is solely the warrant holders’ responsibility.

At the Annual General Meeting of BoMill AB (the “Company”) held on May 8, 2026, the shareholders resolved to implement a second long-term incentive program for employees of the Company in the form of warrants of series 2026/2029:1 (the “Warrants”). BoMill announces the launch of a new high-capacity configuration of BoMill InSight™, increasing the maximum sorting capacity from 15 up to 30 metric tons per hour while maintaining the same installation footprint. This reduces the investment cost per ton sorted and further strengthens the return on investment for customers. Developed in response to requests from existing and prospective customers, the new configuration enables large-scale in-line integration for flour mills, grain handlers and malthouses.
