Idag inleds handeln i BoMill på Nasdaq First North Growth Market

Idag, den 20 oktober 2020, inleds handeln i BoMill AB:s (”BoMill” eller ”Bolaget”) aktier och teckningsoptioner av serie TO 1 på Nasdaq First North Growth Market (”First North”). Bolagets aktier handlas under kortnamnet BOMILL, med ISIN-kod SE0014583332, och Bolagets teckningsoptioner av serie TO 1 handlas under kortnamnet BOMILL TO 1, med ISIN-kod SE0014829479.

Under september 2020 genomförde BoMill en kraftigt övertecknad emission som tillförde Bolaget cirka 30 MSEK före emissionskostnader. Utöver kapitalet tillfördes BoMill cirka 1 170 nya aktieägare.
