BoMill AB announces its presence at Agritechnica, the international trade fair for agricultural machinery, taking place November 12-18 in Hannover, Germany. The company will exhibit Hall 5 Booth C37.
With over 2,800 exhibitors and nearly 450,000 visitors from 144 countries, at the latest edition, Agritechnica is one of the world's leading trade fair for agricultural machinery.
All leading companies in the sector present their new products and innovations. It is a showcase for the global agricultural engineering industry and a forum for the future of crop production.
The next edition of the fair will take place November 12-18, in Hannover, Germany.
In collaboration with Business Sweden (www.business-sweden.com) and Agtech 2030 (https://agtech2030.com/en), BoMill AB will exhibit at the fair under the Team Sweden Pavilion (Hall 5 Booth C37) and present its innovative grain sorting solution BoMill InSight™, launched earlier this year.

BoMill Announces Outcome of Subscription in Warrant-Based Incentive Program

At the Annual General Meeting of BoMill AB (the “Company”) held on May 8, 2026, the shareholders resolved to implement a second long-term incentive program for employees of the Company in the form of warrants of series 2026/2029:1 (the “Warrants”). The number of warrants is a maximum of 1,800,000, and 100 percent of the warrants have been subscribed for by BoMill’s employees.
