BoMill AB är godkänt för notering på Nasdaq First North Growth Market

BoMill AB (”BoMill” eller ”Bolaget”) kan idag meddela att Bolaget erhållit ett godkännande för notering på Nasdaq First North Growth Market (”First North”). Första handelsdag är tisdagen den 20 oktober 2020. Bolagets aktie kommer att handlas under kortnamnet BOMILL, med ISIN-kod SE0014583332, och Bolagets teckningsoptioner av serie TO 1 kommer att handlas under kortnamnet BOMILL TO 1, med ISIN-kod SE0014829479. Svensk Kapitalmarknadsgranskning AB är av Bolaget utsedd till Certified Adviser. Sedermera Fondkommission har agerat finansiell rådgivare och Markets & Corporate Law Nordic AB har agerat legal rådgivare i samband med noteringen.
I samband med noteringen på First North har BoMill anlitat Sedermera Fondkommission som likviditetsgarant för Bolagets aktie. Likviditetsgarantin gäller från och med den 20 oktober 2020.

Convening notice will also be made by advertising in the Swedish National Gazette, and in the Svenska Dagbladet advertising will be made that a summons has been made.
