New CEO at BoMill AB

Henrik Andrén has resigned from his position as CEO at BoMill AB. During his two years as CEO, Henrik Andrén has developed the company’s sales organization and reinforced BoMill’s presence on the global market. As BoMill now moves on into a new development phase, Henrik Andrén has decided to take on new challenges outside the company.
From January 1, 2012, Karin Wehlin has been appointed new CEO at BoMill AB. Karin Wehlin has a wide experience within life science business development. She was previously CEO of Lund University Food Science and has shared her expertise in implementing business growth strategies in a number of successful operations.
During the past four months, Karin has worked for BoMill on consultancy basis to handle the company’s investor relations.

BoMill’s head office, test facilities and main manufacturing units are all located in Sweden. The company’s main markets are Europe, North America and Australia. Karin Wehlin will work from BoMill’s head office in Lund, Sweden.

Due to the ongoing pandemic, the Annual General Meeting, with the support of temporary legal rules, will be conducted by advance vote only (postal vote). No Annual General Meeting with the opportunity to attend in person or by proxy will take place. Information on the resolutions passed by the Annual General Meeting will be published on May 6[th], 2021 as soon as the outcome of the advance voting has been finally compiled.
