Corporate Governance reports

All companies listed on the NASDAQ Stockholm exchange shall apply the Swedish Code of Corporate Governance, (“the Code”).

The overriding purpose of the Code is to contribute to improved control of Swedish companies and it forms part of trade and industry’s self-regulation. The Code also states that a Corporate Governance Report shall be appended to the annual accounts and also be available on the company's website.
